- What is your current role?
I am currently assisting the Brokerage Management Division in maintaining high quality customer services for institutional clients. My duties include providing sales support to other divisions such as Internet Trading, Dealing, Fixed Income, International Equity Sales and Institutional Sales Team. I also need to coordinate roadshows.

Two years later, I was given an opportunity to transfer to a frontline job. The new job has provided me with many opportunities to learn about different financial products and to participate in various business projects like QDII (Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor). The role has equipped me with the competence as a sales staff. The job rotation has given me the chance to gain different work experiences and a better understanding of the firm's operations.
