2011 Summer Assistants Program

The aim of the program is to provide learning opportunities for our future leaders and help them develop their potential during the summer vacation. In 2011, 12 students from local and overseas universities were appointed as our Summer Assistants in various departments.

They were provided with a comprehensive development program to gain a better understanding of CITIC Securities International’s core business, acquire basic financial knowledge, as well as develop their communication skills and team work. The program covered:

  • On-the-job Training
  • Classroom Training
  • Visit to Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • Visit to Securities and Futures Commission
  • Experience Sharing by Department Heads
  • Department Induction
  • Culture Sharing
  • Corporate Social Responsibility Programs
