CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited ("CSBHK"), a wholly owned subsidiary of CSI, was formerly known as CITIC Capital Securities Limited. CSBHK's history began as Cargary Securities Limited, when it was founded in 1988 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ka Wah Bank Limited (subsequently renamed CITIC Ka Wah Bank Limited). Nearly two decades of steady development has resulted in strong market recognition and a well-diversified clientele, as well as solid financial strength.
Today, CSBHK is a wholly-owned subsidiary and the brokerage arm of CSI, operating under the Group's unified brand name of CITIC Securities International. With three trading rights (Broker numbers: 6430, 6431, 6432, 6437, 6438, 6439) on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, CSBHK specializes in Hong Kong securities brokerage, supplemented by other related services including E-trading, Custodian and Nominees Services and Margin Financing.
CSI also provides quality futures trading service through another wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC Securities Futures (HK) Limited (Participant ID:0517). Our services cover a full range of futures products including Hang Seng Index Futures and Hang Seng China Enterprises Index Futures.
