In addition to capitalizing on opportunities arising from our existing clientele and reputation in the Hong Kong capital market, CSI is also leveraging on CITIC Securities' leading position and extensive network in Mainland China's investment banking sector. Such an affiliation is strategic in the light of the trend of convergence between Hong Kong and China capital markets, as exemplified by the growing number of PRC enterprises considering dual listings in Hong Kong and China via an "H + A shares" route. On the back of CSI's strong deal execution, equity research and distribution capabilities, we are ideally positioned to act as underwriters for both primary and secondary market activities, particularly for red chips and "H" shares in the Hong Kong market and "B" shares in the PRC market. In alliance with CITIC Securities, CSI primarily focuses on cross-border capital markets activities.
