Fraudulent Websites or Platforms Unrelated to CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited

 

CITIC Securities Wealth Management (HK) hereby advises the public and our valued clients to remain vigilant. We have identified instances of fraud where individuals have impersonated our staff to deceive and solicit clients, provide false investment advice, and use counterfeit websites and applications resembling our official offerings. Some have even misrepresented our legitimate application, “XeT International,” to engage in illegal securities activities.

 

To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our investors, we urge all clients to pay close attention to the following key points:

 

1) Our official website is www.citics.com.hk , and there are no other authorized websites.

2)  If you need to download our mobile application (APP), please do so from the App Store (for iOS) and Google Play (for Android), or go to the "Download/Login" section on the company's official website.

3)  Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline: (852) 2237 9338, Free Hotline for Mainland China: 400 818 0338.

5) Our staff will never ask clients to deposit funds into personal bank accounts for any reason. Clients must transfer funds from their own named bank accounts to the company's bank account.
