Steps for existing PRC clients to update related mobile applications (the APP)

Steps for existing PRC clients to update related mobile applications (the APP) are as follows:

 

A) iOS users

If you have previously downloaded the APP, you can update/install the APP through “App Store”, using either automatic update or manual update/install.

Method 1: Automatic Update 

Open "Settings" - "App Store" and enable the "App Updates" to enable automatic updates for the APP.

 

 Note: 

(1) With this setting, all APPs on your mobile will be automatically updated. 

(2) If you deleted the app, please refer to Method 2 “Manual Update/Install”.

 

Method 2: Manual Update/Install 

Open "App Store", click “profile” icon in the upper right icon to “Account”. On the page of “Account”, please refresh by pulling down and click “Purchased” to search the APP under “All”.

(1) If the APP is available for new version, it will show "Update" on the right, please click it to update. 

(2) If you deleted the app, it will show "Download", please click it to install.
