CITIC Securities Brokerage (Hong Kong) Limited Important Notice on the Decommissioning of “CSBHK Mobile (General Version)” Mobile Application

Dear Valued Client,

Due to system optimization and service upgrade arrangements, we will officially discontinue the “CSBHK Mobile (General Version)” mobile application on 3 April 2026. After this date, the application will no longer support login or trading services.

This change will not affect your securities account, assets, or trading permissions. To ensure your trading services remain uninterrupted, we kindly ask you to complete the migration to the "XET International" mobile application before 3 April 2026 by following the steps below:

2.      Log in to your account on "XET International " account and complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) binding.
