Global Futures Margin Requirement Adjustments

Dear Valued Clients,

Due to recent volatility in global financial markets, the Company has adjusted the initial and maintenance margin requirements as follows:

• mini Dow Jones Index Futures (YM), mini S&P 500 Index Futures (ES) and COMEX Gold Futures (GC): Margin levels raised to 150%
• Natural Gas Futures (NG), Heating Oil Futures (HO), WTI Crude Oil  Futures (CL), Micro WTI Crude Oil (MCL) and Gasoline Futures (RB): Margin levels raised to 130%

Clients are reminded to ensure sufficient funds are available when trading these products and to closely monitor account risk exposure.
