We, CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited (“CSBHK”) and CITIC Securities Futures (HK) Limited (“CSFHK”), have recently amended (1) Terms and Conditions for Securities Trading (2) Terms and Conditions for Securities Trading (Professional Investor - Institutional) (3) Addendum in relation to Bond Transactions (4) Addendum in relation to Options Trading; and (5)  Privacy Policy Statement  (collectively referred as “Terms and Conditions”) to reflect certain changes in our services. The new and updated Terms and Conditions outlined in this letter are applicable to CSBHK and CSFHK.

Words and expressions defined in the Terms and Conditions shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meanings when used here. The new and amended Terms and Conditions are now available on our website at: https://www.citics.com.hk/customer-service.php

Trading of Korean Securities (applicable to CSBHK)

We are pleased to announce that trading in Korean Securities is now available at CSBHK. Korean securities are securities listed and traded on the Korea Exchange ("KRX"). Trading in Korean securities involves risks and subject to applicable Korean laws, regulations and market requirements. Before trading Korean securities, investors should understand the nature and extent of their rights and obligations and be aware of the risks involved. The terms and conditions for trading Korean securities can be found in the (1) Terms and Conditions for Securities Trading (2) Terms and Conditions for Securities Trading (Professional Investor - Institutional).

Trading of U.S. Treasury Bonds (applicable to CSBHK)

We are pleased to announce that trading in U.S. Treasury Bonds is now available at CSBHK. Bonds include bonds, notes, treasury securities and other debt securities issued in the primary or secondary market by any sovereign, government, agency, municipality or other entity. Before trading U.S. Treasury Bonds, investors should understand the nature and extent of their rights and obligations and be aware of the risks involved. The terms and conditions applicable to Bond Transactions can be found in the updated Addendum in relation to Bond Transactions.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection (applicable to CSBHK &CSFHK)

In light of evolving regulatory expectations and industry practices relating to privacy and personal data protection, we have consolidated and further clarified our practices and arrangements regarding the collection, processing and disclosure of client information. The documents that have been amended and/or updated include the following: (1) Terms and Conditions for Securities Trading; (2) Terms and Conditions for Securities Trading (Professional Investor - Institutional); (3) Privacy Policy Statement; and (4) Addendum in relation to Options Trading ；
