As an upgrade of our services and safety of our Futures Internet trading services, two factors authentication will be implemented to Sharp Point trading platform with effect from 14-Apr-2018.

 

Two-factor authentication is a security enhancement of our existing client identification procedure which you will be required to enter both your trading account password and a set of authentication code when logging in the Sharp Point trading platform. You must complete following steps when logging in to the platform:

                     1. Enter your client account number and trading password on the login page;

                     2. Receive a SMS, containing a set of authentication code, through your registered mobile number;

                     3. Enter the authentication code onto the Sharp Point system. The authentication code will expire after 5 minutes, please press                             “Resend authentication code” if expired;

                     4. You will receive your login information and execution details through your registered email address.

 

To ensure we can serve you properly with Two Factors Authentication, please verify and confirm the validity of your information with us, including but not limited to updating any registered mobile number and email address records.
